SHIPPING RATES

Orders shipped within the United States are charged a flat $14.99 shipping fee and are sent using UPS Ground.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within one business day. Estimated UPS Ground transit time is 3–5 business days after the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly at reggieagent74@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with UPS and the customer to investigate.
